How to get out of your COMFORT ZONE!!
So I decided to test my skills at following tutorials. It started with eyes, then a nose, then lips and before I knew it I had a face- but I didn't want to make it a 'normal' face, I wanted abstract and weird and oh wow, I was lucky because that's just what I got!

I want to show that you are always a beginner until you've made it, re-made it, tried again and then finally when you're happy with it, you can call it finished. Art can be frustrating, it can take you ages- but when you've finally got the technique you'll feel amazing. My goal for this video is to inspire you to get out of your comfort zone, make something completely different!

It may not be perfect- but it might just be perfect for you...

-Dotting & smoothing tools, tissue blade, craft knife, many paint brushes
-Gold leaf (I used the FIMO brand)
-FIMO soft flesh (but I recommend sculpey as it's softer)
-Cheap make up products or use the ones you've got!
-False eyelashes
-Nose stud (if you fancy)
-Liquid FIMO
-Sculpey Gloss Glaze
(used for the water in the eye effect and gloss on lips)
