This is my fave scallop recipe. So easy, quick and yummmyyyy!

Ingredients:
12 pieces scallops
3 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
chopped parsley
chili flakes
salt (if you're using unsalted butter)
pepper
grated mozzarella or any quick melt cheese
bread crumbs
