Lt. Gov. Green: New travel changes will likely create more delays at airport
Beginning Thursday, July 15, you can expect to see more travelers from Asia. Those from the Philippines and South Korea's Incheon Airport who have a negative COVID-19 test upon arrival can bypass quarantine. Lt. Gov.
