I'm glad to see you on my channel again! This workout will train your glutes and deep abdominal muscles perfectly. It's great for all fitness levels.

If you feel like the training load isn't enough then repeat the workout 2-3 times.

My recommendations:
* Be sure to warm up for any workout as it's very important for your joints;
* If you feel like the rest time isn't enough for you then pause the video and rest;
* Don't forget to BREATHE, inhale when your muscles are relaxed and exhale when your muscles are tense.
