ProjectLibre tutorial for beginners. How to use project management software?

In this tutorial, I will explain how to use ProjectLibre, an open-source alternative to Microsoft Project. Also, I will tell you how to set your locale settings for ProjectLibre.

You can download ProjectLibre here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/projectlibre/
This software is not perfect, but it is satisfactory for education, for beginners, and for scheduling small non-critical projects. Also, it works very similarly to the main functions of the more popular Microsoft Project.

NOTE:
The current version that I used (1.9.1) contains several bugs related to using calendars, so I could not demonstrate all features of them. I hope that ProjectLibre developers will fix this in the following version. Theoretically, you can assign a unique calendar for each resource and each task.
