Extreme Cave Survival: Building a Wattle Shelter for Sheep at -75°C

n this episode: Extreme Cave Survival: Building a Wattle Shelter for Sheep at -75°C.
I’m facing the most brutal winter conditions imaginable. With the temperature dropping to a life-threatening -75°C, the open cave entrance is no longer safe for us or our livestock. The wind is howling, and the frost is biting.
To survive this frozen wilderness, I have to act fast. Using only primitive tools, I gather wood and stones to construct a sturdy wattle and daub windbreak and a sloped log roof to seal the cave entrance. It’s a race against time to create a warm sanctuary before the full force of the polar night hits.
You’ll see the full process:
Breaking frozen ground to set the foundation.
Weaving a traditional wattle fence to block the wind.
Building a lean-to roof covered in heavy furs.
Creating a cozy, hay-filled home for our sheep family.
Cooking a hearty hot meal (fish soup & handmade noodles) by the fire.
Fire becomes life, the shelter becomes our fortress, and the Aurora Borealis watches over us.
