Skill Based Matchmaking in Modern Warfare (Analysis & Opinion)

Skill Based Matchmaking has been a very hot topic in the Modern Warfare community but so far the discussion has been based primarily on feelings so today I wanted to share the data and results from tests done by both Drift0r and I. Additionally, I wanted to chime in with my opinion about whether or not I feel strict SBMM has a place in CoD public matches. What do you think about skill based matchmaking in Modern Warfare?
