Hi there!
Welcome back to the #fulldeckchallenge3 hosted by Shana @ShanoukiArt . Today’s prompt is “Song Lyrics,” and this card has a special meaning for me.

I chose the folk song “Lavender’s Blue, Dilly Dilly”—a sweet song from Disney’s Cinderella that my granddaughter and I love to sing together when she visits. It’s our song!

For this card, I built a collage background using music paper, gold text scrapbook paper, and vintage book pages, softened with white gesso and touches of gold watercolour. Then I layered watercoloured lavender sprigs, song lyrics, and soft cheesecloth for texture. Finally, I added gold die-cut letters, butterflies, and white splatters to finish it off. The result is textural, pretty, and filled with love. 💕
