For years I believed leadership meant having every answer. People came to me, so I had to know.

This year taught me something different. Through deep embodiment, real humility, and life happening for me, and through me, I learned that nobody has it all figured out. And admitting that? That's where the real leadership lives.

What I actually have to offer isn't certainty. It's unconditional love, safety, acceptance, and the kind of questions that help you remember you already have the answers inside of you.

My job is to be present. To be loving. And to let you find your own way home.
