Kibbe Soft Dramatic Essence Part 1

The Soft Dramatic Kibbe Body Type has a particular essence that is larger than life. She is a diva, a Hollywood movie star, a leader, both powerful and caring in nature. It is vital that we claim the essence of who we are, that we do not play small. Which comes first, our outer or inner self? The truth is we already know who we are internally but we may not have not accepted ourselves. We may be hiding or playing it small. Sometimes changing our outer appearance can ignite our inner knowing. The Soft Dramatic is a combination of strong angular dramatic lines and soft rounded dramatic lines. The essences is for most Yang and then secondarily it is Yin. It is important to get this balance right to be all a soft dramatic can be so that the outward and inner essence match. This looks authentic to others but more importantly feels authentic to ourselves.
