GEORGIA (COUNTRY) AND ARMENIA: Roadtrip Georgien - Svaneti region (Episode 1/3)

Come along on our roadtrip Georgien and visit Georgia and Armenia, two very beautiful but not that well known countries yet, although there are so many things to do in Georgia and especially in the Svaneti region. This video is focusing on the Svaneti region. We travelled for almost three weeks through Georgia and Armenia, hiked in the Caucasus, took many mountain roads, visited quite some breathtaking places and ate as much as we could get of the really delicious Georgian food.

To cover all of Georgia’s and Armenia’s beautiful landscapes we decided to do a trilogy video series, topped with an epic best of the most impressive places summary video. So this is the first part covering the first week of our journey in the Svaneti region in the northern part of Georgia presenting a lot of things to do in the Svaneti region. Visiting famous Koruldi lakes, idyllic mountain villages in Ushguli and continuing the journey towards Armenia with visiting gorgeous Rabati castle and well-known Varzdia caves on the way.

Begleite uns bei unserer Rundreise durch Georgien und Armenien, bisher noch nicht so bekannte, aber wirklich wunderschöne Länder im Kaukasus. Wir waren beinahe 3 Wochen lang in Georgien und Armenien unterwegs, haben Georgiens Natur auf Wanderungen im Kaukasus und auf diversen Bergstraßen ausgiebig erkundet.
