General Shortcuts:

Ctrl + N: Create a new composition
Ctrl + O: Open a project
Ctrl + S: Save the project
Ctrl + Z: Undo
Ctrl + Shift + Z: Redo
Ctrl + D: Duplicate selected layers
Ctrl + Shift + C: Pre-compose selected layers
Ctrl + Alt + / (on numeric keypad): Toggle Zoom In/Out of the composition panel
Spacebar: Start/stop playback
Timeline Shortcuts:

Ctrl + Spacebar: Play/pause current preview
Alt + / (on numeric keypad): Toggle solo switch for selected layers
Alt + [ or ]: Trim the in or out point of a layer to the current time
Alt + Shift + [ or ]: Move the in or out point of a layer to the current time
Ctrl + Shift + ;: Zoom in to the timeline panel
Ctrl + ;: Zoom out of the timeline panel
Ctrl + Alt + Home: Move the current-time indicator to the beginning of the composition
Layer Shortcuts:

Ctrl + T: Transform properties (scale, position, rotation, opacity)
P: Position property
S: Scale property
R: Rotation property
T: Opacity property
U: Reveal all keyframes for selected layers
Alt + Shift + A: Enable or disable the "Switches" column for selected layers
Ctrl + Alt + Home: Reset transformation properties for selected layers
Effect Shortcuts:

Ctrl + Shift + E: Apply the default audio transition to the selected layer
Ctrl + Alt + F: Apply the default transition to the selected layer
Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E: Apply the default video transition to the selected layer
Ctrl + Alt + Shift + T: Apply the default transition to the selected layer
