Roe at 40: What We Have Learned | Roe v. Wade in History

On March 7, 2013, the Stanford Constitutional Law Center hosted the 2-day conference "Roe at 40: What We Have Learned."
The academic conference reflected on Roe's legacy in jurisprudence and politics, the ethical and legal status of the unborn, and future reproductive rights issues.
The panel "Roe v. Wade in History" was moderated by Stanford Law School Professor Amalia Kessler and featured
University of Pittsburgh School of Law's David Garrow, Americans United for Life's Clarke Forsythe and Judge A. Raymond Randolph, United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
