Foggy Toyota Highlander (or Avalon/Camry/Corolla/Sienna) Inside Windows Fixed!

In this video I fix our 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum window fogging issue. The problem is described in Toyota Service Bulletin T-SB-0024-22 (https://www.tsbsearch.com/Toyota/T-SB-0024-22). The issue is that the air vent is stuck in recirculation mode so it never gets fresh outside air. Per the TSB, this also applies to 2019 Avalon, 2019 Avalon Hybrid, 2018 Camry, 2018 Camry Hybrid, 2020/2021 Corolla, 2020/2021 Highlander, 2020/2021 Highlander Hybrid, and 2021 Sienna Hybrid. As you'll see in the video I just put the broken part back on. If anybody knows for sure which part it is that I need, please comment. I think it might be DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY(Lower) Part Number: 871060E130.
