Discover Japan's natural beauty in one of it's most incredible prefectures

While many people around the world may know Japan is a country filled with natural beauty, they may not about the hidden treasure trove of natural beauty that makes up Miyagi prefecture. Through the JET program, I was blessed with the opportunity to live in Miyagi and discover some of the hidden gems in the region that I easily could have missed if I was just visiting. The JET Program allowed me to discover a new side of Japan that often isn’t seen, and make new friends along the way. In this video, I hope to share just a fraction of the natural beauty I discovered, and hopefully inspire you to come and visit one of Japan’s best kept secrets.

About this video: In this video I talk about my experience in the JET Program and how it let me discover Japan’s Natural Beauty. Specifically, I discuss the natural beauty of Miyagi prefecture. I talk about locations like Matsushima, Naruko Gorge, Lake Izunuma, and Mount Kurikoma. Most of the video was shot in 4k resolution, but part was done in HD.
