The digital instrument display is now designed as a TFT monitor with a 12.3 inch (31.2 centimeter) screen diagonal. The most important vehicle information and the parameters that are important for autonomous driving are shown on the fully digital display.

The digital instrument display can be configured in three different layouts. Representing the future of Alfa Romeo design, EVOLVED mode makes use of the central area of ​​the screen for the most part. RELAX shows a reduced representation, concentrating on the comfort functions. And HERITAGE is inspired by the brand's iconic models from the 1960s and 1970s. The striking details include the km/h figures rotated by 180 degrees on the right-hand side of the circular speedometer scale.
In the new model year, the infotainment systems of Alfa Romeo Giulia and Alfa Romeo Stelvio are even more powerful. Software updates are then possible online ("over the air"). The content of the Alfa Connect services includes, for example, the "My Remote" service. This allows certain functions of the vehicle (including activating/deactivating locking of the doors) to be controlled remotely using a smartphone or smartwatch.

New for Alfa Romeo Giulia and Alfa Romeo Stelvio is NFT technology, which Alfa Romeo introduced as a world first on the Tonale model. The term NFT describes a forgery-proof, digital certificate (non-fungible token). This technology is based on the blockchain concept, which immutably records the most important stages in the life of the vehicle. This unique feature underlines Alfa Romeo's innovation strategy.

With the owner's consent, the NFT records important vehicle data and creates a certificate that can be used, for example, as proof that the vehicle has been properly maintained. Among other things, this documentation will have a positive effect on the residual value. In the used vehicle market, NFT certification provides an added layer of security that sellers or dealers and buyers can rely on.

When it comes to driving dynamics, the new versions of the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Alfa Romeo Stelvio set standards in their respective segments, as usual. Both models offer an intense driving experience in authentic Alfa Romeo style with unmistakably Italian design, state-of-the-art and powerful engines, perfect weight distribution and innovative technology. This formula characterizes all current and historic Alfa Romeo models.

Low weight and agility : The sporty, dynamic handling of the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Alfa Romeo Stelvio is achieved, among other things, through the extensive use of light, high-tech materials. These include, for example, the engine, which is largely made of aluminum, and the cardan shaft made of carbon fiber, a material derived from racing.

All-wheel drive with AlfaTM Q4 technology : The all-wheel drive AlfaTM Q4 combines impressive driving performance and traction with great driving pleasure and exemplary driving safety. Depending on the driving situation and the level of grip of each individual tire, the innovative system continuously distributes the engine torque between the front and rear axles.

At the heart of the AlfaTM Q4 system is the Active Transfer Case (ATC), which compares tire grip and accelerator pedal commands in real time. In normal driving conditions, the four-wheel drive AlfaTM Q4 works like a rear-wheel drive, 100 percent of the engine power is sent to the rear axle. Only when the rear tires reach their grip limit is up to 50 percent of the torque sent to the front axle. The all-wheel drive activated in this way counteracts wheel spin and guarantees maximum driving dynamics and efficiency.
