Tofu Tikka Masala | Vegan | Restaurant style recipe

Tofu Tikka Masala is a vegan alternative to Paneer Tikka Masala and Chicken Tikka Masala which are very popular and delicious North-Indian dishes served at Indian restaurants. This dish can be served with Naan bread or rice. The rich gravy is very flavourful and smells really good. You won't be able to wait to pick up fork once it is ready in the kitchen.

Ingredients -
Tofu Marinade
Tofu (firm) - 400 grams
Yogurt - 4 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Gram/Chickpea Flour - 4 tbsp
Lemon Juice

Masala Gravy
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Blended Tomatoes - 3
Garam Masala - 1/4 tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

Feel free to tone down the spices a bit, if you prefer it less spicy.
