MH3U remaster when?

Correction:

1. Burst isn't a new skill, it was in Rise.

2. My fault for not being clear in this. Decos, whether they are single skill or multi-skill are all rng EXCEPT you can craft level 1's and eventually lvl 2's. How you unlock that is really funny and I can't talk about it.

3. Okay I said I would mention this when the game released, but lvl 1 deco's can be melded, and you only unlock lvl 2 deco's for melding at HR 100
