Every year in a small Sicilian town, called Polizzi Generosa, is held the Hazenut Festival. This event is full of old traditions, dances, music and shows. It's a perfect place where to see typical Sicilian clothes and you can even try typical Sicilian food, especially the typical food from Polizzi.
The main thing on that day is the parade, where local and international groups dance, sing and play instruments. There are also Sicilian carts, from where local people throw hazelnut packs to all the visitors.
