Creative Processing to Fake A Guitar Amp Room Mic
In this video I process a close-miked guitar amp in such a way as to convincingly emulate the sound of a microphone placed across the room from the cabinet. This effect is helpful for creating a roomier, wider soundscape with more depth and dimension.
