1830's Pistol Found with Metal Detector - California Gold Rush

In this video Mark joins up again for Part 2 with Bay Area Treasure Hunter Kevin Hunt on an adventure into an early California Gold Rush Camp. An amazing find leads to another related find and these two relics really makes you wonder?!!

Kevin spent years metal detecting in old parks and has amazingly has dug over 3,000 silver coins over the years. Come along as Mark and Kevin do a little exploring and stay tuned as this is just part 1 of a 2 part series. The guys use Minelab detectors, especially the Minelab CTX 3030. Other machines often used are the Minelab Equinox, Minelab Manticore and the XP Deus II.
