Düsseldorf Airport Timelapse - Airbus A380, 2 Boeing 787, Airbus A340, Boeing 777 ...

A few weeks ago I spent a few hours at the airport to film a time-lapse because we had an unusual high amount of heavies arriving within a short time due to the closure of Brussels Airport. The second ANA Boeing 787 and the Etihad Airbus A340-600 were diversions from Brussels. In addition to that Onur Air started using an Airbus A330-300 on the Istanbul - Düsseldorf service which still has a hybrid livery of the privious operator Saudia. Cathay Pacifici started flying to Düsseldorf last year, using a Boeing 777-300. They will replace the B777 with an A350 next summer.
