Water is all around us and all through us, yet many people around the world are chronically dehydrated. There are many organizations or ministries seeking to care for those in need of fresh water. If you can help, please do so.

Continuing this series of the first seven essential items in my first aid kit, water is my number 3. This video will introduce you to the importance of water and affirm there are many options available for assisting in filtering water if hiking a day, a month, or planning for some disaster.
