Yes, I went on a whole thang about nutrition, but I felt it vitally important to present context around Hlth Code. I feel it’s more than just “Good For You!”, and thought it more helpful to explain why it is. Thus why I described my own journey, and broke down the biology that ofter gets overlooked. Do I eat vegetables? Not a lot: and that might probably shock you. Veggies, as much as they are hailed to be super nutritious, still reside on a toxicity spectrum. And we don’t have the engineering (like ruminants, cows, who have 4 stomachs) to break down the poisons, and absorb the nutrients veggies have to offer. Instead, we end up with huge poops and smelly gas. If we insist on eating them raw, where I would cook or ferment them first. Which is why I’m always perplexed when we are compared to gorillas, who have a much larger AND longer colons than we do to ferment plant matter. We do not have the same digestion system! Anyway… I think it’s delicious, but my sugar intake has changed drastically over the course of several months. So what tastes sweet to me, might not be so much for you. Once you’ve edited your sugar intake, the taste buds will adjust! Hlth Code used Monk Fruit extract and Stevia for sweetening!
