Susan Erica Avalon is accused of fatally shooting both of her ex-husbands on the same day in what authorities describe as a violent, multi-county rampage in Florida. Investigators say the first man was found suffering from gunshot wounds and, before dying, told deputies his ex-wife may have been responsible. Later that day, deputies encountered Avalon at her home, where she was reportedly cleaning her vehicle with bleach. When questioned about the shooting, authorities say she responded by asking, “Which one?”, prompting investigators to check on her other ex-husband. The second man was then found dead from gunshot wounds at a separate location, confirming investigators’ concerns. Avalon was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder in connection with the first killing, with additional charges expected. Officials say the motive remains unclear as the investigation continues.
