One of the best hacks for our outfits is to start with a good canvas. Think of it a bit as a primer, but for your body.

Shapewear cannot make you slimmer, but it can streamline your shape to make clothes sit better.

Whenever someone is new to shapewear, I recommend these 3 pieces to start with ;

1. The high waisted shorts.

They eradicate vpl, remove and lumps or bumps from underwear and are designed to give a bit of extra support for the tummy area.

2. The soft cup t-shirt bra.

Even though it has no underwire, it gives amazing support. It also completely disappears under clothes.

3. The body.

This is such a hack under dresses, especially those where regular underwear would have been visible. It stops dresses from riding up and make them sit nicer.
