1.5kg of jasmine rice
2tbs of tomato paste
500g of chopped canned tomatoes
1 golden onion
Half red onion
3 stripes of shallot/ spring onions
2 habanero pepper
Half ball pepper
A thumb of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp each of coriander seeds, aniseed & Rosemary
1 Shrimp cube
1 tbs each curry & nutmeg powder
Bay leaves
Vegetables oil
Salt to taste
