Welcome to CRM Life Episode 114, where Charlie faces his most difficult challenge yet: get over 40 products (including Rolex and Patek Philippe watches) for the entire management team of his biggest client, Growth Cave (@ozzieblessed / https://instagram.com/ozzieblessed)! Oh, and he has to do it in just 72-hours, before their flight arrives in Miami! Along the way, the most expensive watch in the mix gets lost by FedEx for two days and one of the Rolex watches arrived just two hours before the clients came in!
