Look for the EPJIG here for the video demonstrating the $210 jig.
If you do it manually, make sure you inject the ink at a very low rate. I probably did it a bit to fast and got a squirt out of the ink port because I did not let the internal pressures equalize long enough. Make sure you use a 20 ml syringe and as soon as you hear and feel the POP of the membrane cracking, STOP pushing the syringe.
