Black Girls Surf: Making Waves in the Surf World

Where Khadjou Sambe grew up girls don’t surf. Now in Venice, California Khadjou is part of a training program called ‘Black Girls Surf’ where she’s training to become a pro surfer. ‘Black Girls Surf’ was founded by US Coast Guard veteran Rhonda Harper after she noticed girls like her just didn’t surf.
