𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
At the end of the course the participants will be able to: Understand what HR, Admin & Social Compliance is all about, be able to conduct Opening meeting, document review, Workers individual interview, workers group interview, Management interview review, working hour, wages & benefit documents, maternity benefit documents, resign benefit documents etc. Be able to understand the requirements of various buyers and their various codes of conducts. Be able to conduct safety audit based on Facility walk through (tour), risk assessment, able to understand what issue make MAJOR, MINOR, FOLLOW-UP, DESKTOP, OBSERVATION. Be able to write Audit Report, Corrective action Plan, conduct closing meeting.
