Fraser Island Camping - ( Beach Camping At It's Best )

All of Fraser Island camping trips begin with a short ride on the barge. Then its straight up the Eastern beach of Fraser Island, and driving one of the best beach Highways in Australia.
This eight day Fraser Island camping adventure is going to be fantastic.
After getting on the barge at Inskip Point, we headed up the Eastern Beach of Fraser Island and stopped in at Eurong Bakery for a pie and sauce, and the Maheno ship wreck.
The we heading off to find one of the many beach camping spots on the Eastern beach of Fraser Island.
Camping on Fraser Island has some amazing beach side camp spots.
Fraser Island in Queensland is one of those 4x4 beach driving and beach camping locations that everyone should try and visit at least once.

With its pristine clear lakes, huge white sand dunes, towering rain forest trees, crystal clear rivers, history from the logging days and the list goes on.
We spent a couple of days at the Northern point of Fraser Island at Sandy Cape.
Sandy Cape is the highlight for me. It's stunning up there, and I love the remoteness of the Cape.
Besides all of that, Fraser Island is just a stunning place and I will return for a third time at some stage.
