Ingredients :

Potato rolls
Flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black cumin 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Combine well
Holds shape perfect consistency
Water 1/3 cup
Tight dough
Rest for 10 mins
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Onion 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Mix well
After 10 mins
Roll into oval shape
Apply water on the edges
Fry until golden brown
