Weft insertion mechanism of Rapier Loom
This video shows how the weft yarn insertion happens in a rapier loom. This loom is operated in Dewas system, where the carrier rapier grips the weft yarn from outside of one selvedge and carries the yarn to the center of the loom, where the yarn is transferred to the receiver rapier.
