The mod here simply ports CartoonsAnimate22's various sprites to Sonic CD!

In addition to the characters, there are edits to the games palettes to match up with the sprites. Plus, there's a bunch of toggles to go through in the menu (referred to as "CA22 Options"). You can customize both Sonic & Tails' sprites to your liking.
