Hello~! Sharing with you the updated cost of condo living! Before watching, kindly take note of the following:

1) April is really a high expense month because I had several one-time expenses budgeted for the month
2) I try to be transparent with you because independent living is not cheap (if you want a comfortable lifestyle). Before moving out, make sure that your finances can support your expenses + some buffer.
3) I try to save and invest 60-65% of my total income, and allocate 35-40% for my necessities.
