OBS 29 Windows H265 HEVC Encoder on INTEL QSV , Recording Settings

Record in OBS on Windows , using the H265 HEVC QSV INTEL hardware encoder and gain 40% of disk space over H264 .

Video record sources like : Screen , Web Browser , Window and Video devices like HDMI to USB Converters .

Beginning of OBS ver 29 , its supports H265 natively .No external extension/add on needed.
In order to use the H265 qsv encoder you must have an intel graphics card that supports H265 .

You must install the " HEVC Video Extension" from the Microsoft store for this to work .
For some newer windows 11 versions the Hevc video extension is prebuilt .
Dont try to install additional hevc extension if you already have one ( prebuilt or not ) installed on your system .
If you have an old extension that is good : dont update for no reason .

Tested on OBS 29 , OBS 29.1.1,
windows 10 1909 , intel Z390 i7 9700 UHD 630 . And others similar .Two screen with HDCP support . One a display port and the 2nd HDMI . No additional GPU needed .

*The bitrate can be set on the encoders page ( just scroll down ) , No need to move to " enhanced FFMPEG" if you are not adding manual parameters which are needed in rare cases only .
*In some rare cases the output file video bitrate does not outcome about 2800 kb/s . please change the bitrate for the outcome to be around 2800 kb/s for CBR ( constant bitrate) .
