Hi guys! Welcome to another Calgary vlog! Hope everyone is staying cool and hydrated during this summer time. Since the weather has been so beautiful lately, i thought i’d film and bring you guys along me. Bowness park is one of my favorite parks here in Calgary. I remember we did a photoshoot with my friends during fall time and found Bowness Park so lovely! So glad we have this gem in our city. Every season has its own unique vibe and i can’t wait to show you what it’s like during summer time :)

I thought it would be also perfect to just enjoy some quality time with the family and i personally just wanted to meditate, go for a walk and be near the water. Nature sort of calms my mind. So whenever I feel like i need a quick reset of everything, nature walks are always the best!!
