Who Wired This Mess? Gas Boilers Wired Together Help My Thermostats Don't Work

Hackery at its finest! Found 2 boilers wired together. No wonder the thermostats don't work! We found 2 boilers in this 2-family home wired together along with a mess of other unnecessary wiring and 2 dead zone valves! OMG 😱 what were they thinking?!?!
