Q: What do you animate with?A: kinemaster and ibispaint x.

im getting acquainted with flipaclip at the moment, so theres that.
all the apps listed are free.

Q: how long does it take to finish an animation?

A: depends on the size of the animation. my older ones used to take me around 2 days, but now that the ones ive been making are larger and hopefully better in quality, they take longer. (maybe 2 - 5 days with no breaks?)
