In this video I'm sharing a hair update and giving you a brief summary of the Hydration method that I've been using. This method is also referred to as the "Maximum Hydration Method" in the natural hair community. I clarify, use a moisturizing conditioner, and water based products to style however I do not use Apple cider vinegar or Aztec clay on our hair.
