You won’t be able to move after this Leg Workout
This is a 10 minute workout for strengthening the legs and the butt.
I recommend you do only five minutes. If you’re starting to work out.
I had a few months without working out and I couldn’t move the next day at least one week I had pain on my legs.. have a good workout.
Also try to do it without the weights first and then with the weights.
