Angela Davis: Resistance, Activism and Achieving Transformation

As part of the Women Of The World Festival 2017, Angela Davis joined the Southbank Centre’s Artistic Director, Jude Kelly, to discuss women, race, and class in the post-Trump era.

Davis discusses the resistance against the election of Donald Trump and the mandate for activism in response to his election and emphasises the effectiveness of conversations on race within the context of activism and societal transformation.
