The Sad Break Up Of Indian Liberals And Emmanuel Macron | France Update

Emmanuel Macron's comments on free speech after the Paris attacks have finally caused the sad and painful break up between him and India's "secular liberals".

We look at some old tweets from 2017 when India's liberals were overjoyed at Macron's elections, and many hoped that India would get a Macron soon. But after Macron's reaction to the culture clash in his country, I'm sure they don't hope that anymore.

We also discuss the issues of free speech, blasphemy, and why there shouldn't be limits on it.

We discuss how liberal hypocrisy has created a situation of "two rival nations within a nation" for India and France, where one community(Hindu in India and Christian in France) is accountable to secular laws, but another community is not. This separation led to India's partition in 1947, and if such separation is allowed, it will lead to more partitions in the future.
