Nuclear power will take '50 years’ if governments continue to get stuck in ‘green tape’

Sky News host Andrew Bolt slams the claim nuclear power will take “50 years to build” as it will only take so long if governments get tied up in “green tape”.

“Two billion of your money just in incentives for a technology that is really untested at scale,” Mr Bolt said.

“This claim that a nuclear plant will take 50 years to build, that’s probably true, but only if governments let themselves get tied up by green tape.”
