Hakka fried pork belly南乳炸花肉(煮食篇011)

南乳炸花肉

材料:
花肉 400g
南乳 1块
酱汁 1汤匙
绍兴酒 1汤匙
酱油 1/2汤匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 1/2汤匙
胡椒粉 少许
鸡蛋 1粒
玉米粉 1汤匙
面粉 1汤匙

放冰箱腌制2小时。
中火炸至金黄。

Hakka Fried Pork Belly

Ingredients :
A fermented soya bean curd
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tbsp cooking wine
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Some pepper
An egg
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp flour

Marinated in fridge for 2 hours
Medium heat, fry until golden colour.
