DEI: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is cultural MARXISM!!! 😡🔥

This is very concerning! “DEI” (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) isn’t about diversity of ideas, equal opportunity or inclusion of those who aren’t part of the left-wing cult. It’s actually Perversity, Inequality, and Exclusivity….and the list goes on.
Leftism is basically cultural marxism. These people are obsessed with promoting racism, destroying western values, perverting traditional morals, censoring opposition and unravelling the social fabric that has united us for over a century.
Diversity for the sake of “diversity” destroys adeptness. It also limits one’s ability to wisely decide the best choice between available options. If you are making the decision based on diversity “for the sake of diversity” then clearly you aren’t looking at the person’s résumé first. You see skin colour, sexual orientation or gender as a primary reason to hire people.
Progress is actually hindered if you actively pursue diversity, equity and inclusion score-points. Whether the person is best qualified or possesses any exceptional ability for the task becomes a secondary priority. This ultimately leads to a steady decline in exceptionalism while increasing the risk of incompetence and failure. Just like every other failed idea, policy and solution leftwing ideology has to offer. 🤷🏼‍♂️

DEI is nothing short than the government being able to control how schools teach and how businesses, banks and corporations run based on left-wing ideological policies and ideas. It’s not about diversity of ideas, it’s not about equality of opportunity and anybody who disagrees with them will NOT be included in the world they are trying to create. It’s all about control and and silencing opposition.🤷🏼‍♂️
DEI is being used to advance a radical agenda that undermines fundamental Western values by promoting equality of outcome over equality of opportunity, collective identity (race, gender, etc) over individual character, censorship of opposing viewpoints over freedom of speech, and a victim culture that is dividing society into two camps of “oppressors vs oppressed”.
DEI is being weaponized against the left’s political opposition by erroneously portraying conservatives as “impeders of progress” or “social vermin”, limiting our reach and influence by censoring our content and controlling what we are allowed to say and share publicly.
DEI initiative’s are dangerous and extremely divisive. They ultimately undermine and replace fundamental Western values, replacing them with ideological left-wing core tenets. DEI is being used to prolong the victimhood mentality while blaming conservatives or western values for any preconceived “disparities” or “social injustices”.
