Here's a newer competitor to Ring Blink Nest Doorbell, the X-Sense Smart Doorbell. I compare this to my Ring Doorbell 2 including setup, app usage, video quality, motion detection, audio, etc. This doorbell has no battery and relies on hardwired power from an ac adaptor or existing chime power. It offers 2K resolution, night vision, local recording on SD card, cloud recording option as well as facial recognition and other AI functions. It Initial setup and use of the doorbell is quick, some of the more advanced features took some poking around or head scratching to figure out but for the most of the desired features are there and customer service was responsive to help with questions.
