Muah Chee ( Mochi) 麻糍

Ingredients (材料):
250g / 2 cups glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
1 tbsp tapioca starch (木薯粉)
350ml water(水)
2 tbsp oil(油)
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour into a greased 8” steaming tray and steam over medium heat for 30 minuets.
将全部材料搅拌均匀,倒入一个已抹上油的8寸蒸盆中,用中火蒸约30分钟。
Peanut filling(馅料):
250g / 1 1/3 cups peanuts(花生)
60g /1/4 cup caster sugar (细砂糖)
Some toasted white sesame seeds (炒香白芝麻)
