Mutton Curry Restaurant Style Recipe Made For Home Cooking 2 step mutton Curry Gosh Recipe Vahchef

Often Sold as MUTTON ROGAN JOSH but wrong Recipe for Roganjosh but makes great mutton curry for everyday cooking
In a pressure cooker add 500 grams of mutton pieces
Add some salt add some water
And cook for 4 whistles
Heat another pan add 2 tb spn of oil
Add whole garam masala
Add ½ cup of onions
Add some salt and cook it.
Now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
Add 1 tsp of kashmirri chilli powder
Add ½ tsp of fennel powder
Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
Add ½ tsp of cardamom powder
Add ½ tsp of garam masala
Add 1/2 cup of tomato puree
Add 1cup of curd and mix it.
Then add 1tbsp of cashew nut paste
Add some water and cook for 5 whistles
Then transfer then mutton in to the gravy pan
And cook for some time.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves.
Now serve the mutton rogan josh with hot rice
